Whether we like it or not, we will occasionally break something in one of our client’s homes. We clean over 100 homes a week in Greater Boston and we simply will never be able to avoid it. Just the other day one of our team members knocked over and damaged a frame when attempting to dust it. I can tell you this is rare but we do like to be prepared when it does happen.
In the case we break or damage an item in your home, the team leader will write you a note informing you what happened. Then, Patricia or myself will follow up with you the next day. We will never try to hide an item we break and none of our team members are penalized for breaking something. We simply understand that these things will happen over the course of time. Next, we will discuss how to remedy the situation. Sometimes, we can just simply purchase a new item for you and replace it as soon as possible.
